Meditative

It’s difficult to meditate when you have so many thoughts and dilemmas

But it’s also the most important thing to do

Physical stress is easy to notice–your body is tired and reacts

But overloading your mind can be very passive

Remember to give your thoughts a break

Thinking too much can hurt

And I’ve been contemplating a little too much these past few days

Time to meditate
